Transition

Hey guys, welcome to my new personal website. I hope that you enjoy visiting and sign up to my enewsletter so you can stay in touch with the latest updates in the coming weeks and months.

Well, I thought I would write this little blog to let you know about my journey in the last year or so.  Last year, 2018, I felt led by the Lord to take time aside from the Dove Company but what I didn’t realise at that time was that the Lord had further plans for me.  As time went on I felt something stir in me that I never thought was on God’s agenda, and that was, that the Lord was actually asking me to step aside from the Dove Company all together.  This was a great struggle and challenge for me because I love the Dove Company (and still do) and loved being part of this amazing community.  But when the Lord leads you to do something you gotta follow Him eh?  Well I did (lol)! It wasn’t easy but I had to follow the Lord.

Also in this last year the Lord has been taking me deeper into Himself and releasing His fire in me to burn up stuff that needed to be burned up.  So this has been an incredible time even though a lot of it was taking me in an unexpected way which leads to the next thing that happened.  In late 2018 I met an amazing girl called Emma Nuttall at a retreat in France (you can buy Emma’s amazing music albums in the shop here by the way, lol).  So to make a long story short, we got engaged October 2nd 2019 on Dunadd (where St Columba inaugurated kings) and we are getting married on May 7th 2020 in Scotland.

So a lot of things have changed and there has been a lot of transition but I feel a brand new season is here and that what is to come is far greater than what we have experienced in the past season.  Even launching this website is part of the new so I’m praying and believing that many of you will support this new season for me and Emma through your prayers, encouragement and/or financially.

I really believe that we are on the brink of something significant in these days and that as we fully surrender to the Lord and follow His path, He will release the fullness of His desire to us and through us. If I have learned anything from this little journey I am on it is this.  Follow the Lord even if you don’t understand why and he will lead you into super abundant blessing and destiny.
